Plexus Pediatrics
Plexus Health has added a new provider who specializes in pediatrics. Sibo Tizora, MD, will begin seeing patients this month. She has studied and practiced medicine in various places around the world and in the United States.
Originally from Zimbabwe, Dr. Tizora has worked in the U.S. for a total of 13 years, first in Ohio, then in Hampton, SC. She most recently worked at the MUSC Health-Marion Medical Center and Healthcare Partners of South Carolina. She is an expert in preventative healthcare, child development, acute and chronic health issues, ADHD management, and inpatient care, among other fields.
She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is licensed to practice in the Carolinas. Dr. Carolyn Shammas, Chief Medical Officer of Plexus Health, says Dr. Tizora’s background and experience will be a huge asset to the team at Plexus Health.
