Plexus Health offers COVID-19 screenings. If you are concerned about an exposure or are experiencing flu like symptoms or respiratory issues, we offer rapid testing as well as laboratory analysis. Please contact our office before entering our facilities to receive instructions on how to receive testing without spreading the disease to others.
